Do we accept returns on purchases through the website?
Yes- the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and is responsible for getting the item back to us in like new condition and with original packaging. Returns need to be sent with appropriate insurance and tracking and must be post-marked within 14 calendar days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee of the original paid price. Please email first to let us know to expect the return.

Do you ship worldwide?
Not right now... only US shipping is available.

Is the image shown the piece that is shipped?
It depends on the listing... but each listing tells you!
If the description lists: images are representations of current stock; then you will be shipped a piece of jewelry very similar to the image. Same style, approximate size and colorway/general pattern- but I am not a machine and I don't use molds! Each piece is unique and should be enjoyed for that reason!
If the description or title lists: OOAK (one of a kind) or Images are of actual jewelry that ships.; then you are viewing images of the actual piece of jewelry that is waiting to find its forever home!

About the work

Do you make all the glass beads?
Yes! I make each and every single glass bead. I start with rods of glass and melt the glass as I use it .  It is wound around a steel rod, known as a mandrel.  It is a process of adding and manipulating layers of glass until the final bead is ready to be annealed. All the beads are annealed in a computer controlled annealing oven. After the beads are cooled, they are removed from the mandrels and the holes of the beads are cleaned out with a diamond tip burr mounted on a rotary, flex-shaft tool. From there the beads are ready to be made into jewelry to be worn and enjoyed!

What kind of glass are the beads made from?

Primarily- Borosilicate. I also use Soda-Lime for a few of the color option.

What kind of metal is used?
All metal components and chains are sterling silver, unless otherwise noted.

Do you have earring backs available?
Each pair of earrings is packed with a few pairs of clear, plastic earring backs. They fit snugly on the earwires I use- push and twist and they will corkscrew right on! I recommend wearing them with the earrings...

How do I clean my jewelry?
All jewelry is packaged with a small polishing cloth- It is a great option for touching up sterling silver that may tarnish. You can also dip the jewelry (I DO NOT recommend this for any jewelry that has stone or pearls included) in a liquid silver cleaner...not a gel. Dip the whole piece in the cleaning solution- in and out quickly- wash the solution off with room temperature water and mild soap. You can also store your jewelry in a small reclosable bag- this will help keep tarnish off!

Do you take custom orders?
Sort of...
If you see a style of jewelry that you like but not in the color that you like, or vice versa- please reach out and I will see what I can do!
Generally, though- I don't take custom orders.
